The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios. The Product Analytics team with USCS is a key function that informs and drives product strategy and customer experience through data driven insights. We are currently hiring for a Senior Manager of Product Analytics. The Senior Manager of Product Analytics is responsible for leading a cross-border team of high performing colleagues to support and inform the AXP Consumer Premium Product strategy and product refreshes. The role will work cross functionally across several groups including Product Management, Marketing, Finance and Analytics to inform and drive strategy. This role represents a unique opportunity to leverage applied quantitative experience to directly shape business strategy and requires outstanding relationship management skills to partner with multiple stakeholders and drive results.

How will you make an impact in this role?

• Help deliver world class products and influence Premium product line strategy
• Inform and help optimize VCE by product
• Inform and help optimize the value prop and benefit engagement of AXP premium products
• Use advance analytics to study customer behavior and competitive landscape to drive engagement
• Help set up robust MIS and tracking of benefit users and program economics.

Minimum Qualifications

• Post-Graduation from a top tier college (MBA/MS/Master's in quantitative subjects such as Economics, Statistics or Mathematics).
• 3 plus years professional experience driving performance optimization through the application of advanced decision sciences.
• Hands-on expertise using statistical analysis and data manipulation software/tools (e.g. SQL, Python, and Big Data analytic techniques).
• A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to understand data, synthesize into real world meaning, break down business problems, and conduct brainstorming.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing cross border teams of varied skill sets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to solving practical problems.
• Superior strategic thought leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to provide insight and accurate judgment in addressing and resolving business challenges and opportunities. 
• Sound knowledge of Machine learning algorithms / statistics / data mining and research methods.
• Good understanding of the card economics with proven success in driving business results via strategic analysis. Experience in Charge/Loyalty analytics is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
