<h2>Purpose:</h2>
The Customer Insights Manager works closely with Hain’s Walmart Account Team to monitor key category performance &amp; competitive activity. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing &amp; Category Managers to develop &amp; communicate fact-based analysis &amp; insights to support Hain’s category solutions &amp; meet topline sales objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp; 
The Customer Insights Manager supports Hain’s Walmart Account Team by using syndicated data, shopper card data, and other insights to identify opportunities, influence the customer, and drive profitable topline growth.&nbsp;&nbsp; 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support Hain’s largest customer team by serving as a Customer Insights Manager. Acts as the category subject matter expert for Hain’s Walmart Account Team and Walmart Merchants; possesses deep knowledge of categories and category strategies at Walmart.</li>
<li>Proficient in interpreting shopper data and consumer research to identify category opportunities and develop solutions that accelerate customer growth.</li>
<li>Understand the national category strategy and tailor solutions for Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club. Consistently monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.</li>
<li>Develop short and long-term category objectives aimed at delivering incremental buyers, trips, and units.</li>
<li>Establish credibility as an industry thought leader in category management by gaining strategic category partnerships through demonstration of category and consumer expertise.</li>
<li>Establish strong, multi-level working relationships with Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club based on trust &amp; integrity.</li>
<li>Leverage insights and resources through the utilization of a broad range of data sources (Luminate, Circana, SPINS, Consumer Panel) to develop strategies &amp; merchandising recommendations for Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club.</li>
<li>Synthesize information and insights into selling story, category, and business reviews.</li>
<li>Deliver category insights to Walmart &amp; Sam’s Club to build partnerships and grow our core categories.</li>
<li>Complete customer category review process utilizing category analysis, shopper insights &amp; other available analytic tools.</li>
<li>Provides general reporting, analytical support, and guidance for Hain’s Walmart Account Team.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree</li>
<li>5+ years in a Category Management role or Relevant Sales/Category Experience</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of syndicated data (IRI, Spins, or Nielsen) and shopper data </li>
<li>Advanced Excel &amp; PowerPoint Skills</li>
<li>Category leadership, retail sales &amp; analytics expertise</li>
<li>Shopper insights knowledge</li>
</ul>
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
<ul>
<li>In-depth knowledge of Walmart, the broader CPG landscape, and sales channels.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, project management and written/oral communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to develop and deliver executive level presentations &amp; written communications.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.</li>
<li>Excellent planning, analytical / problem solving skills.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, adept at task prioritization &amp; overall time management skills. </li>
<li>Expert understanding of assigned market trends, customers, competition, etc.</li>
<li>Experience analyzing data &amp; translating to recommendations.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities, &amp; strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.</li>

Manager, Customer Insights

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY:
<ul>
<li>Direct packaging functions of assigned equipment center.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and troubleshoot equipment in assigned work center. </li>
<li>Ensure correct and timely completion of all necessary production paperwork. </li>
<li>Train and develop new operators to efficiently and safely operate equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure quality and food safety GMPs are adhered to.</li>
<li>Assist Team Lead in covering task assignments for machine operators. </li>
<li>Communicate any necessary shift changes or machine issues occurring.</li>
<li>Execute any projects as expected in a timely manner. </li>
<li>Be an positive team member and participate in process improvements, quality, and initiatives.</li>
<li>Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.</li>
<li>Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to:</li>
<li>GMP’s</li>

<li>Safety</li>

REQUIREMENTS:
