Shift
Work Monday and Wednesday and Friday, for 3-5 hours each day, between 9am and 5:00pm.
Possibility of working during university break if desired.
Once trained, greater flexibility in schedule may be possible.
Job Summary
Assistant will be trained to perform various tasks involved in digital publishing of research, eventually working with greater independence.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable asking questions and following directions.
- Ability to closely listen, read carefully, and pay close attention to detail.
- Persistence in problem solving and patient with learning
- Experience or interest in academic publishing, academic research, scholarly communications, or copyright will be helpful.
- Prefer a candidate who is interested in returning to work subsequent semesters as well.
