As a Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage the organization's infrastructure and ensure network systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
To thrive, you should have:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Industry Experience in Television (Broadcasting), Financial, Legal, or Manufacturing
Your skills and talents should include:
- Solid interpersonal written & oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain good client relationships
- Highly motivated and self-directed – searches out opportunities to help clients
- Understanding of
- LAN switching & routing (STP, EIGRP, OSPF)
- WAN design, including SD-WAN (BGP)
- Firewalls (FirePower FTD, ASA’s)
- Wireless Technologies (WiFi-5, WiFi-6, WiFi-6e)
- Excellent network troubleshooting skills
- Appreciation for the importance of administrative tasks
- Timeslips describing work completed.
- Assisting with statements of work
It is preferred for you to have:
- IP Fabric for Media
- Multicast
- Nexus Dashboard - VXLAN / EVPN and Fabric Controller
- Network security principles
- Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
- Experience with scripting languages
