As our Investment Counsellor Analyst, you’ll be partnering with Investment Counsellor to offer appropriate investment solutions to clients and attracting/enhancing client relationships and profitability. You’ll be responsible for helping access client needs, coordinating sales and execution, and monitoring performance
As our Investment Counselor Analyst you will:
- Proactively engage with Relationship Managers, product specialists and relationship and service officers. You will apply your research and evaluations from a wide variety of sources to develop comprehensive investment ideas and asset allocation proposals based on each clients’ need
- Work with your team to dig into the details and look at problems from every perspective. You must know how to pull together products, partners, and stakeholders to support one decision
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $86,700 and $130,100.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

RequirementsYou´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience
- Responsible for preparation of investment proposals
- Consolidation of performance reports and insuring portfolios are within risk parameters
- Series 7, 66 licenses required, may allow for contingency to obtain 7 and 66
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiation skills
