JOB SUMMARY

Work collaboratively with the firm’s Human Resources (HR) team and associates to optimize the firm’s corporate compensation programs and enhance the associate experience in support of the firm’s initiatives. This role will research, gather, and analyze data related to our technology, consulting, and shared services compensation programs.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Gather benchmarking and market data.
  • Review, analyze and develop compensation structures, programs and policies.
  • Assist with an assessment of total rewards (compensation and benefits).
  • Conduct job evaluations and write and review job descriptions aligned with existing compensation structures.
  • Research market trends and complete salary surveys.
  • Assist with cost modeling and budget projections.
  • Assist with developing communication to support the rollout of compensation programs and architecture within the business units.
  • Work with leaders on projects, including project planning, program design, analysis, and implementation.
  • Respond to human resource total rewards-related requests, as appropriate.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field, emphasizing compensation and benefits programs.
  • 3-5+ years’ experience conducting market assessments and job evaluations, developing salary ranges, and in-depth familiarity with various published survey sources.
  • Experience analyzing jobs and writing job descriptions.
  • Exhibits strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clear expectations and direction.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with leaders and colleagues at all levels.
  • Demonstrates confidence and ability to work independently and in a team structure.
  • Demonstrates high flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs.
  • Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ownership of assigned tasks, dedication, and perseverance in completing the job.
  • Demonstrates an unwavering commitment to a culture of respect and dignity through unbiased, intentional actions and behaviors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MA-HRIR preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.

Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. 

  • $62,500 to $108,720

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Fully remote, minimal travel. Must be physically able to perform the essential functions of the job.

The job will be a .80 Associate and will qualify for the benefits package.
