Job Summary

The College Facilities Manager in the UK College of Design oversees the management and optimization of classroom technology, Audio-Visual (A/V) systems, space planning, and facilities operations within the college and its primary facility, the Gray Design Building. This role ensures all resources and spaces are operational, sustainable, and aligned with strategic initiatives set by the Design Technology & Facilities Director and College Leadership. The manager collaborates with various stakeholders, develops and enforces policies, leads A/V support for college events, and supervises staff and student workers. A strong focus on customer service, time management, proactive problem-solving, and fostering a diverse, inclusive team environment is essential to the success of this position.
