We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to perform a variety of multi plant HR related tasks, in a fast-paced work environment.  The ideal candidate will manage the information involved in the employment life cycle.  This requires the individual to deal with highly confidential, sensitive information; and ensure compliance of all related processes.

  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings.
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
    • Scanning HR files to Iron Mountain.
    • Service Award
    • NES reviews/Training/Warnings
    • Ordering Supplies
    • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
    • Address employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies.
    • Assist with organizing company events and activities.
    • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed such as employee engagement events, etc.
    • Completing termination paperwork
    • Assist with payroll related tasks such as updating T&A, HRIS Changes, terminations, address changes, etc.
    • other tasks assigned my supervisor


BASIC REQUIREMENTS
  • High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience, involving confidential information; or possess a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Demonstrated Office/Computer Systems experience – including excel.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources from an accredited institution
  • Previous Human Resources experience.
