The agency is seeking a highly qualified candidates for the position of Healthcare Program Consultant 3 within the Fulton County Board of Health in the Nursing Division.

Job Responsibilities

Provides technical assistance and training within a health care specialty. Plans, directs, and implements a specialty program. Evaluates programs for compliance with state and/or federal guidelines. Serves as team leader and may supervise lower level staff.

  • Serves as team lead in the absence of the Program Manager.
  • Assists Program Manager with Quarterly State and District data reports.
  • Supports Babies Can't Wait Program Orientation as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of experience performing work related to area of assignment OR Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Five years of experience performing work related to area of assignment OR One year of experience at the lower level Healthcare Prgm Consultant 2 (HCP091) or position equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in child development, early childhood education special education or other related field.
Public Health experience, experience facilitating team meetings.
Experience with web-based conferencing and tele-health meetings via Zoom or Web-Ex.
