We are seeking a highly motivated, Vice President, Investment Banking to join our Healthcare Biotech team in Boston.

As a VP, Investment Banking, you will:
  • Assist senior bankers in the business development effort.
  • Lead transaction execution teams.
  • Work on a variety of equity financing (IPO, Follow-On, Private Placement, Growth Equity) and domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, strategic alliances and partnership arrangement
