As a client-facing engagement leader, you will leverage your expertise in leadership and talent management domains to help craft high-impact solutions to our clients’ most complex workforce and business challenges. You will lead Lotis Blue project teams to ensure seamless execution, quality delivery, and collaborative problem-solving internally and with senior client leaders. Your contributions will cut across one or more concurrent engagements, working directly with clients to build important relationships, collaborate with team members at all levels, provide insights, and create deliverables that help us achieve client business goals.
Successful candidates will have experience working at a progressive, fast-paced management consulting firm, ideally with experience leading engagements with healthcare clients. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with hands-on solution development, project management, and providing work direction to less experienced team members.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage multiple client engagements within the Talent Assessment, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Management space.
- Lead and facilitate the ideation, diagnosis, and design of high-impact solutions, leveraging deep expertise in leadership talent management, ideally with experience in the healthcare industry.
- Oversee the successful delivery of work across multiple large-scale engagements, balancing competing priorities and resource needs while ensuring the timely, high-quality delivery of value to clients.
- Guide the design and execution of an analytical work plan (with a focus on people analytics) and the development of impactful data visualizations and executive-level narratives.
- Lead interactions with senior client stakeholders, including presenting recommendations, facilitating workshops, and engaging directly with executive teams to foster credibility and long-term partnerships.
- Provide proactive leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Contribute to leading-edge thinking and firm IP, including proprietary research, case studies, and thought leadership articles.
- Actively participate in business development, including shaping new opportunities with current and existing clients.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Required
- 7+ years of post-graduate consulting experience, particularly in our focus areas of talent management, executive team effectiveness, leadership development and assessment, and succession planning
- Undergraduate degree in human behavioral or business domain (e.g., IO Psychology)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to craft a compelling narrative in PowerPoint
- Experience directly serving and presenting to Executive level clients and teams
- Skilled in ideating and performing hypothesis-driven analysis, including survey design, data analysis, and visualization using BI solutions
- Highly effective problem solver and critical thinker
- Comfortable with ambiguous and complex challenges and willing to do what it takes to bring meaningful impact to our clients and the organizations we serve
- Experience coaching and leading a team, providing constructive feedback, and working through others to generate high-impact deliverables
Preferred
- Expertise in the healthcare industry
- Relevant post-graduate education (e.g., business, psychology, engineering)
- Capability in Power BI or Tableau and other analytics/visualization tools

Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
- $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 annually
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Hybrid, but willing to join a thriving Chicago Loop office culture at least 3 days per week. Must also be willing to travel up to 10 days per month.
