Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring federal law compliance and University’s policies and procedures are implemented and validated for in excess of 30,000 students. Responsible for the accuracy of in excess of $500 million student tuition and fee accessed, providing support to the students and parents in excess of $200 million student tuition and fee collected and answer all the related questions regarding the total student receivable in excess of $30 million. Provides courteous, accurate, responsive and effective services to students, parents, university departments, and external agencies.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Strong verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills; teamwork; problem resolution; attention to detail/accuracy; respect for diversity and high level customer service orientation. Knowledge of the SAP operating system and student loan programs is preferred; strong background working with Microsoft Office.

Bachelor’s and 3 years of related experience preferred

Background in customer service, working with college/university student accounts/student loan accounts
