Job Summary

The Accounting Coordinator Associate:
  • prepares the daily and monthly bank reconciliations for several bank accounts, including monitoring of bank activity and UK postings
  • acts as a liaison between UK and UK’s bank for activity on assigned accounts
  • calculates monthly sales tax for remittance to the state Department of Revenue



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

SAP, accounting basic concepts, reconciliations, analytical skills. This position also requires skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word, and Outlook) communication and customer service. Attention to detail is required.
