Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that all documentation preparation requests, loan closings and remote fundings are handled in a complete and proper manner, for commercial and real estate loans
  • Assists with complex documentation preparation requests, closings and funding as needed
  • Interface with attorneys, lending units and loan operations to resolve loan documentation, closing and funding issues
  • Prepare daily account reconcilement and works to clear reconciling items within specified timeframe

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years loan documentation and administration
  • Experience includes both CRE and C&I experience
  • Working knowledge of AFS Level III
  • Working knowledge of compliance requirements
  • Degree preferred, but commensurate work experience will be considered
  • Expertise in review and interpretation of all types of loan documentation and collateral perfection for attorney prepared documents
  • Working knowledge of standard documentation prep software
  • Respond quickly to customer demands, perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience working with sophisticated core processing systems
  • Intermediate experience with all Microsoft Office products
  • Detail -oriented, team player and exceptional customer service skills
  • Prior experience with a credit/collateral documentation exception tracking system
