We are very excited about the upcoming opening of a new banking center in the vibrant Trinity Groves complex in West Dallas. This team will be focused on retail and small business banking as well as community engagement. To help facilitate these initiatives, this location will have slightly different hours than our other banking centers: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.

Responsibilities

  • Handle teller and customer service requests with exceptional customer service
  • Assist management with operational duties and responsibilities
  • Serve as backup to Financial Services Rep during peak and heavy traffic times
  • Effectively communicate with customers and make decisions within level of authority based on the best interest of the customer and bank
  • Act as liaison to various internal business partners
  • Abide by Texas Capital Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines
  • Offer and cross-sell bank products and services

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years previous banking experience working in a branch, including customer service and cash handling preferred
  • Knowledge of banking products and services preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient knowledge of PC (Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet)
  • Must be team oriented
  • Ability to multi task and problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
